Each site is currently $25. Each additional site is an additional $25. Sites may be booked ahead. How many weeks is a matter for negotiation.  Bookings must be paid for in full at the time of booking.  Site fees are not waived or refunded under any circumstances, however where advice is given that you cannot attend a booked market, a credit for a future market will be given.

Commencing 5th March 2023, if payment is not received prior to the Sunday of the market the fee per site will be $30. When your booking is approved, you will be invoiced and given an option to pay by credit card or direct deposit to the Rotary Club of Belconnen's bank account.
