Each member is assigned to one of the club's various committees. Their wishes and interests are taken into account in assigning them. This usually occurs annually at the change over of Officer Bearers in June/July but new members are assigned upon joining.

These committees generally meet on a regular basis, typically once a month for about an hour or so, to examine the merits of requests for support, and whether the club is able to provide assistance at this time. Sometimes this may be in terms of a cash or in-kind contribution. On other occasions support may be provided by alternative methods (eg: a working bee or BBQ).

We expect members to be involved in their committee.
